The Team

We’re an independently owned agency, a group of thinkers and doers, putting our problem-solving hats on daily. We love our team and would go as far as saying we are each other’s second family. We are proud to share with you some of the legacy and experience at Clear within our senior leadership team.

Rob McGovern Video Editor

Rob is our mastermind on all things video, editing, motion graphics design and post production. His theoretical and practical knowledge of industry standard audio and video equipment, as well as design and technical skills sets him up to lead on film shoots, both behind the camera and directing with a real artistic eye and flair for creativity. He can take a project from storyboarding phase right through to post production and final delivery.

Phil Chamberlain Creative Director

Phil has spent 20 years of his creative career with Clear, working on creative projects for key clients including live and virtual events, video, animated sequences, branding and design for print. He leads on the development of all creative content. From design to video, branding to animation, overseeing the full creative process from concept to delivery. He stays hands-on throughout every project ensuring a consistent high quality of work.

Caroline Moran Managing Director

Caroline brings over 20 years of marketing and event experience to Clear where she is responsible for the day to day running of the agency and leading on the future direction of the business. As the lead on client liaison and development, interrogating project briefs to determine objectives and messaging and finding creative ways to engage and inspire audiences. Joining Since joining Clear in 2004 Caroline has led on creative and event projects for key clients including Kellogg’s, Warburtons and PZ Cussons.

Barry Hardman Project Director

In Barry’s 30+ years at Clear he has worked on the successful production of large-scale events and conferences all over the world. He has great attention to detail and heads up all live and virtual technical production for Clear. He has vast experience in video production, art direction, event planning and is Account Director for key accounts including Pets at Home, MyCSP, MPM Products and Cala Homes.

Mark Philbin Production Director

Mark's legacy at Clear spans over 30 years where he has become our master at finding new ways of working, innovative solutions and ensuring everything is done on time and to the highest standard. Bringing one of the most curious minds out there, Mark gets involved in all key events and projects from a technical support perspective as well as content production.

Danielle Day Account Director

With over 10 years experience in marketing and events across a range of industries including retail and tech. Prior to joining the agency world Danielle spent almost five years as Just Eat’s marketing & events manager. Danielle’s work supports brands nationally, to increase awareness through internal comms, PR, experiential, event management, digital, video and social media.
