UNDERSTANDING THE BRIEF
Clear were delighted to work with Amazon for the second year running to help with planning their annual sports day. Amazon wanted to give colleagues from the Manchester office an opportunity to catch up with colleagues and have some time away from the office to engage with different people from across the business. Mental wellbeing and getting an opportunity to be outside is an important key message for a global business like Amazon.
MESSAGING
The message was achieved through colleagues working together on their teams by competing on physical, mental, and creative challenges in order to be crowned Man11 United winners.
Physical – Teams went head-to-head to compete to win different traditional sports day activities such as egg and spoon, sack race, tug of war and 3-legged race.
Mental – Teams worked collaboratively to solve the brain twister challenge, the mysteries of the hidden notes.
Creative – A chance for the attendees to reset and a bit of mindfulness, the creative tent gave attendees the opportunity to paint a wave.
PRODUCTION
Clear supplied the AV setup for the event, featuring a fully IP-rated ground stack PA system, outdoor power generators, and a range of microphone and audio solutions tailored to support the various activities.
