Understanding the brief
Clear were appointed in December 2022 to produce and manage the Bionow Awards taking place under the wings of the Concorde at the Runway Visitor Centre, Manchester Airport. The gala awards dinner attracts over 380 guests annually and Clear were asked to look after key elements including design, presentations, motion graphics and full technical support and operation.
Messaging
The event rewards and recognises the hard work and innovations within the Bio-medical sector and needed to feel professional, celebratory, and slick. As a long running event the challenge is to make each year feel different and exciting and Clear were briefed to do this through AV, creative design and on-screen content.
Creative Content
The main awards presentation was created in Keynote with elements of animated Motion Graphics so each section had a different look and feel. Clear were responsible for all event branding and event materials including printed awards brochure, video sequences, set graphics, table plans and menus.
Production
Clear looked after all staging and production including room décor, set design and build, projection, audio and lighting. We managed the full technical production process from planning to on the day set up, operation and de-rig.

We received excellent feedback from the client:
