Understanding the brief
Clear were appointed in January 2023 to produce and manage the two large conferences for City Plumbing in March 2023, one in the north and one in the south. Each event would be attended by over 350 delegates and would include a full day event, breakout sessions, supplier exhibition and an awards dinner. Clear were tasked with venue sourcing and management, total delegate management and full technical production and operation.
Events took place at Harrogate Convention Centre and Wembley Stadium.
Messaging
Each event needed to deliver key messages around the future direction of the business, the importance of team work and how innovation would drive the business forward. The evening was all about celebrating success. Each event needed to be professional, slick and exceed delegate expectations.

• Formatting of all PPT, video, motion graphics and on-screen content
• Scriptwriting and presenter sourcing for the awards dinners
• Design for print including badges, signage, table plans and menus
• Supplier management for the exhibition zones
• Full technical AV production and operation
Production
Clear looked after all staging and production including room staging, set design and build, projection, audio and lighting. We managed the full technical production process from planning to on the day set up, operation and de-rig.
