Understanding the brief
Clear were asked by Places for People to support them on the delivery of a roadshow for all managers across the business in July 2023.
The 5 important events needed to take place in leisure centres owned by the leisure side of the business and run across 3 locations – Woking, Maltby and Hinckley.
Each event would be attended by approximately 350 managers and include a full day conference and a market stall style exhibition for delegates to visit during breaks and lunchtime.
The Solution
Clear looked after all the logistics, planning, production and management of the roadshows.
We provided:

- Planning and management
- Design and set up of a marketplace with 8 exhibitors
- Design and print
- Design and production of merchandise
- Management of all catering using external catering partners
The Results
The roadshow was a huge success and plans are underway for 2024.
