Understanding the brief
After delivering several conferences for Xeinadin Group, we were asked to produce and manage their first client facing event in April 2023.
Bringing together 200 leaders within the travel industry at the iconic Barbican Centre in London. Clear were asked to look after the event from venue sourcing, ideation, design, production and full technical support and operation.
Messaging
The Leaders in Travel Summit exclusively invited travel industry thought leaders, owners, directors, and key decision makers in one place for an afternoon of stimulating sessions, giving invaluable insights and discussing challenging business issues.
The theme this year was ‘Brave New World’. Perfectly encapsulating how we see the travel industry post-pandemic, celebrating its resilience and courage to take on new challenges, always adapting, innovating, and driving forward.
Production
To bring the theme and event to life, we created an immersive experience for all our guests, where they would embark onboard Xeinadin Airlines, taking their journey through the event to a ‘Brave New World’. Guests arrived at our check-In desk, then ventured on to networking in our first-class lounge where our event sponsors created a duty-free area. Later moving into the Barbican auditorium where guests were welcomed onboard our aircraft. The Summit finished inside the Barbican Conservatory where guests networked till the sun went down with drinks and canapes, surrounded by tropical plants, animals acts and local guildhall musicians.
Creative Content
Through green screen video and design, we created engaging content which cemented the airline concept. This included an onboard safety video, departure screens, travel adverts, full vinyl wrapped walls and sustainable posters and merchandise.
